Our Clients Speak

I have had the pleasure of working with Dr.’s Robert Levine and John Feulner of DPM Practice Solutions for the past eight years. My experience with them has been most rewarding. I have never felt more confident in yielding a predictable, positive outcome for plantar fasciitis and biomechanical faults.

There is a learning process to their techniques which is easily done, and when that is accomplished happy patients will thank you and refer others. Dr.’s Levine and Feulner have been most helpful in being available to handle more difficult cases.

Having happy patients with improved foot function has made practicing that much more worthwhile.

If you’d like to further discuss them with me, please do not hesitate to call my office at 727-734-5575.

Sincerely,
Dr. Allan Rothschild, DPM

DPM Practice Solution’s unique approach allows me to practice biomechanics the way I have always envisioned biomechanics should be…. uncomplicated and with outstanding patient satisfaction. I am not a biomechanics guru, but my patients think I am. I appreciate Dr. Levine and Dr. Feulner for making me a better podiatrist.

Dr. Gary McCoy

I believe DPM Practice Solutions recommends better devices than I have personally and professionally used. All I really have to do is ask my wife and son who wear them as well. They love them.

100% of what you told me was 100% true.

I had spent 8 years with a lab making the more traditional  spectrum of orthotics and getting good results, however, after attending a basic lecture on the biomechanical theory behind “total contact” orthotics by Dr. Bob Levine, I saw the potential for significantly better results.

I’ll admit, having thought I was quite proficient in biomechanics and orthotic prescribing already, the simplicity of the concept of total contact orthotics had me a little skeptical, so I picked Dr. Levine’s brain as much as I could for the rest of the weekend at the seminar, and even got him to cast me for a pair of orthotics for myself. When I started wearing the new orthotics, my skepticism vanished. Not only did my feet feel supported more completely than in any prior orthotics I had owned, but my lower back stiffness when getting out of bed or a chair had resolved, my training runs became much more comfortable, my stride more powerful, my tempo quicker, and my sense of posture in standing, walking and running significantly improved. I attended one of Dr. Levine’s weekend seminars for additional knowledge on how to expertly use this orthotic technology for patient care, and the rest is history.

I have prescribed over 350 pairs of Icon Orthotics thus far, and the results for my patients have been far superior to those I was getting with my old lab. The total contact orthotic concept takes much of the guesswork out of the question when it comes to prescribing orthotics, as the cast-work needs no adjustments, regardless of foot, lower extremity, or gait pathology. There is also no more need for additional “tweaking” of the orthotic in the office on the grinder, or adding/removing posts or forefoot accommodations and extensions. Gone, too, are the bulky medical flanges, extrinsic posts, and deep heel cups for the severe overpronators – regardless of pathology, the orthotics are slim and lightweight.

My patient care has become significantly less complex, as the biomechanically rooted pathology and complaints my patients are presenting with is now usually resolving with orthotic therapy alone. Dr. Levine has had a powerful effect on my practice, and I strongly recommend that anyone in the business of helping patients with foot, ankle, lower extremity, or gait pathology adopt this treatment technology into their own practices.

Sincerely,
George D. Lane, DPM

The orthotics have given me such confidence in my presentation and my patients acceptance and the fact that they all do so well, and feel so comfortable is a huge and well done to you.

Everything is going well. I am using more orthotics then I ever dreamed possible. This is because I have confidence in the product.

Thanks,
Arthur Lukoff, DPM

It’s been eight weeks since I started working with Dr. Bob Levine. Since patient relief has been so great I have now incorporated DPM Practice Solutions’ approach  into our Podiatric Medical Practice. Our patients and staff have been extremely satisfied with the results so far.

Thanks!
Bruce Levine, DPM

I am very enthusiastic about the approaches recommended by DPM Practice Solutions. I have used them for the last four years and functionally in my opinion they are far superior to any other. My favorite letter was from a patient that said after one month with the orthotics recommended, his feet did not hurt anymore, his back didn’t hurt, and when he come home from work he is much nicer to his wife and his children.

If the patient is not happy, the podiatrists from DPM Practice Solutions will personally do their best to assost me properly. This is very helpful to me. Very rarely are they not able to satisfy the patients.

I would be happy to talk to any podiatrist that is considering using DPM Practice Solutions.

Sincerely,
Tyler Brahm, DPM

I wanted to take an opportunity to comment on our and our patient’s experience with the approaches you recommend. Since day one, the level of patient satisfaction has improved remarkably and the rate of adjustment, alteration has been minimal.  The mal-alignment syndrome which many of our patients have is well treated with your approaches resulting in decreased stress and symptoms not only in the subtalar joint but remarkably in the knee, hip, and low back as well.

Your support system via phone and in person for our patients and any specific problems has been extremely helpful.

Once again, thank you, for the consistently good results.

Warmest personal regards,
Salvatore DeLellis, DPM

I have been in practice since 1979 and during those years I have used just about every approach available. The results were often hit and miss, even though I told the patient that their symptoms would improve, I knew in the back of my mind that it was often a 50/50 proposition or worse. It got to the point where I concentrated on surgical approaches to correct my patients’ problems. This all changed with a conversation which I had with Dr. Robert Levine at the 2008 SAM seminar. Among other things, he briefly described a new approach to biomechanics concentrating on recognizing the patient’s faulty mechanics.

Of course, I was skeptical at first but I got a pair of his recommended devices for one of my office staff who had suffered from recurrent and chronic plantar fasciitis. Needless to say, her symptoms resolved, and have not returned but additionally, her chronic back pain disappeared. I then knew that there was something to this new theory at looking at biomechanics. I spent sometime in Dr. Levine’s office and took every course that DPM Practice Solutions offered. Gait analysis has finally started to make sense to me. I have become a convert and have prescribed over 100 pairs to patients.

The results that I have been getting are nothing less than outstanding. Just last week, I dispensed a pair to a patient who has been to numerous other physicians with bilateral painful hallux limitus. After dispensing the orthotics, I asked the patient to walk down the hallway so that I could view her gait. As she turned and walked towards me, I noticed that she was crying. I became quite concerned and asked her if she was in pain. She responded by saying, “no” and “that these were the first steps that she had taken in 10 years with almost no pain at all”. I think this case says it all about one of Dr. Levine’s strongest recommendations.

I would be glad to discuss my experiences with any one who is interested.
